As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Manufacturing in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and regular patrols. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to employees and visitors within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address situations as they arise.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities when required, following all established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, observations, and incidents as required by site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
