As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in Gresham, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service while conducting routine patrols and assisting with access control. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with client personnel and members of the Allied Universal team to support site operations and security-related protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate written reports regarding patrol findings, incidents, and/or any other relevant occurrences during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
