As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a commercial real estate location. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere for tenants and visitors. You will interact with people daily, offering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, monitoring entry points, and verifying credentials as required.
• Collaborate with property management and law enforcement when necessary in accordance with site protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns encountered during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
