As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center Patrol - Full Time in Rome, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout your shift. Your presence will contribute to maintaining a secure environment, and you will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the manufacturing and industrial environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of all individuals on the premises.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities according to company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as necessary to support security-related operations and emergency response efforts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
