As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards by conducting regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, with patrol frequency and routes varying as required by the location.
  • Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills during incidents and critical situations, coordinating with other Allied Universal team members and site contacts as needed.
  • Observe and report on conditions within the location, including documenting incidents, unusual activities, or potential security-related concerns according to established procedures.
  • Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and/or sensitive locations, following all protocols and verifying credentials as required by site guidelines.
  • Remain visible and approachable to provide support to employees, visitors, and/or contractors, helping to promote a secure environment.
  • Participate in security-related drills, briefings, and/or training sessions as required by Allied Universal or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
