As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol in Pasco, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing a welcoming presence for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate, within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.
• Participate in security-related drills and training sessions as required for the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
