As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Zeeland, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment for all personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor for any irregularities or unusual activity within the facility and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control processes, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors as needed.
• Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
