As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering or leaving the premises to support security-related procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the logistics and distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of access control activities and report irregularities to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Collaborate with site personnel to support emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
