As a Security Professional - Education Patrol Full-Time in Purchase, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an education location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, supporting a secure and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site guidelines.
• Support the enforcement of site-specific rules and regulations to help maintain order within the educational environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and visitors to address inquiries and/or provide guidance.
• Document incidents and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
