What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner at the front desk within a technology and media location.
• Monitor access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all persons entering or exiting the premises.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures provided by Allied Universal, adapting to the unique needs of a technology and media environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills to handle security-related matters as they arise.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor check-ins, deliveries, and any security-related incidents at the front desk.
• Communicate promptly with building management and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding any concerns or issues related to security procedures.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with general inquiries from employees and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
