What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and patrons by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with access control, verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required by site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with location staff and other Allied Universal personnel to support security-related needs.
• Complete routine documentation and reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site and company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
