What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and respond to incidents within the commercial real estate location.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with on-site staff, responding to calls for assistance and coordinating appropriate responses to security-related situations.
• Document all incidents, dispatch activities, and relevant site-specific events in detailed reports.
• Provide customer service by assisting building occupants and visitors with security-related questions and concerns.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
• Maintain situational awareness of all areas within the site, relaying important information to Allied Universal team members as needed.
• Collaborate with property management and/or emergency services as required by the site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
