As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a luxury retail location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and employees, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your role will involve monitoring access, assisting with visitor management, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk location.
• Monitor access points, greet and check in visitors, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and/or law enforcement as necessary.
• Remain alert to potential security-related issues within the retail location and help to deter unwanted activity through a visible presence.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
