As a Security Professional - CRE Site Patrol Driver in Brookhaven, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, addressing incidents as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional demeanor. This is a driving position, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle in accordance with company requirements. What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any security-related concerns or hazards.
  • Document and report any incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate Allied Universal management and/or client contacts.
  • Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized persons and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
  • Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
