As a Security Officer - Vehicle Gate in Denver, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors at the retail location.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail premises and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized individuals from entering the location.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response actions in accordance with site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and/or law enforcement as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
