As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control Full-Time in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence and customer-focused approach will foster a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by adhering to security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and manage visitor flow.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with Allied Universal training and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the perimeter, to help to deter potential issues and identify any unusual activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or violations as required by site procedures.
• Operate access control systems and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Support Allied Universal management in upholding the security-related standards and practices specific to a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
