What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the maintenance of order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the environment for any suspicious activity or potential risks, reporting findings according to company protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization as required.
• Support the implementation of established protocols for incident response and escalation processes.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, observations or concerns related to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
