As a Security Guard - Armed Aero/Defense Dispatch Driver in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and manage communications for the site, including incoming and outgoing calls, radio transmissions, and other dispatch communications to coordinate security-related activities.
  • Follow site-specific procedures and protocols related to security-related operations in an aerospace and defense environment.
  • Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations, coordinating the appropriate response with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all dispatch activity, incidents, and communications in accordance with site policies.
  • Assist in monitoring access control systems and visitor management, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
  • Provide customer service to all employees, visitors, and/or contractors by addressing inquiries and assisting with security-related procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Allied Universal management, site leadership, and field officers to relay critical information and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
