Job Description


As a Security Professional - Government Dispatch Patrol Driver in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter incidents and support ongoing operations in a government setting. Your responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating response efforts, communicating with team members, and maintaining a visible presence to assist with any security-related concerns. You will contribute to a welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This post requires a valid driver's license, as driving may be necessary during your shift. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related operations at the location, maintaining awareness of all activities and incidents.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Document and relay information regarding security-related incidents, emergencies, and/or unusual activity to relevant personnel and authorities.
  • Assist field teams by dispatching resources to specific locations based on reported incidents or requests.
  • Operate communication equipment and systems to maintain contact with security-related staff across the location.
  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and actions taken during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Pepper spray certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
