What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to support security-related procedures.
• Assist with visitor and contractor management, maintaining logs and issuing access badges as required by site-specific policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activities by maintaining a visible presence and adhering to established security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to observe for any irregularities or unusual situations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following established protocols.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
