As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic technology, media, and telecom environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual activities according to site-specific protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and access as needed, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Collaborate with site staff and local law enforcement as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
