As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Holly Hill, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming environment for visitors, customers, and staff. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, where you will navigate the premises, respond to situations as needed, and communicate clearly with both team members and the public. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related operations at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control at entries and exits, monitoring movement of people and/or goods as required.
• Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement with incident response when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
