As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter.
• Help to deter incidents and promote a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points, and verifying credentials as needed.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related policies and procedures specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
