Job Description


As a Security Officer - Dispatch Security Clearance Driver in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Security Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, manage access control, and respond to alarms with professionalism. This is a driving position, so a valid driver’s license is required. What You'll Do:

  • Operate dispatch functions in an aerospace and defense environment, receiving and coordinating security-related communications and responses.
  • Monitor alarms, CCTV, and other security-related systems to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity within the location.
  • Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or emergencies as directed, maintaining clear and accurate communication at all times.
  • Record and document all incidents, calls, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and external emergency services as needed to support incident response and resolution.
  • Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related inquiries and protocols at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Follow site-specific policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and property.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
