As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated locations within a utilities environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for everyone onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity related to people, vehicles, or objects within the utilities environment.
• Document and communicate incidents, maintenance needs, or hazards identified during patrols according to site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain a secure environment.
• Support access control measures at entry and exit points, verifying credentials and monitoring visitor activity as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
