As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or security-related incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry to the premises.
• Report and document any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence to help to deter potential disruptions within the government facility.
• Follow all regulations and guidelines regarding the handling and use of firearms while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
