As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Financial in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with clients, visitors, and employees, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and security-related occurrences as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information while upholding security-related standards.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address issues and support the overall security-related objectives of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
