As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driver in Huntington Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and delivering top-notch customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will also be responsible for operating a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual circumstances.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and instructions.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols or while on duty.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of property rules and regulations as required by the site.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including following directions from Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
