As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a busy logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, maintain a visible presence to help create a secure environment, and respond to incidents as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter inappropriate activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues as required by site protocols.
• Assist site personnel and visitors with security-related needs and information.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal and site management to support a secure logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
