What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Monitor visitor access and verify identification for individuals entering or exiting the premises, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with other personnel and first responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients to address questions or concerns related to access and security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
