As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming environment for everyone. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, property damage, or hazards encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff, visitors, and/or patients to address inquiries and provide assistance while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas in the healthcare location.
  • Document all incidents, irregularities, and security-related matters clearly and timely as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
