What You'll Do:

• Coordinate communication and dispatch activities for security-related incidents within the financial institution location.
• Monitor and respond to alarms, calls, and notifications in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of events, incidents, and communications during the shift.
• Liaise with on-site security personnel and management to provide timely updates and support.
• Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures as directed.
• Provide customer service by assisting clients, employees, and visitors with security-related inquiries and guidance.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
