As a Unarmed Security Officer - Access Control in Woodway, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, managing access badges, and conducting regular patrols. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors only.
• Assist with the implementation and enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related access control.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting employees and visitors with access-related questions and concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any unusual activity observed.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, discrepancies, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting in evacuations or lockdowns as directed by site management or Allied Universal.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
