As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol in Jenks, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic financial institution location. Your presence and attentive patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity within the financial institution setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of site-specific protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry or activities.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or routine activities.
• Complete required documentation and logs related to patrols, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
