As a Security Officer - Government Facility Patrols in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a government location, you will engage in routine patrols of the assigned property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to those in the area. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a security-minded environment.
• Document and report any unusual activities, observations, or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to address concerns or questions related to security-related matters.
• Remain alert and attentive during patrols and while monitoring assigned areas to help to deter potential issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
