What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control duties, verifying the credentials of guests, staff, and vendors entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Provide customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with guests and personnel while adhering to site-specific policies and protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the hotels and resorts in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter security-related concerns and identify any unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, utilizing electronic systems and/or physical checks as required by site protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of access control activities, incidents, and observations as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all guests and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
