As a Security Professional - Logistics Site Entry Monitor in Lewisberry, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a leading logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols for all personnel and visitors.
• Verify credentials and identification for individuals entering or exiting the location, following established site-specific procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of access control activities, including visitor logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Provide customer service to those entering or exiting the facility, answering questions and assisting with directions or information related to access procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and communicating with supervisory personnel as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
