What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at a tech, media, or telecom location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach, involving emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report irregularities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol duty.
• Document activities, observations, and incidents in daily reports as required by Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with loss prevention is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
