What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals and/or vehicles entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain authorized flow.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity.
• Monitor and report irregularities such as security-related breaches, property damage, or hazards observed on site.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of security-related activities and observations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or site management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
