As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, playing a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare environment, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to observe activities and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or patients to provide assistance and relay information as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in a clear and concise manner according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities when required to address security-related concerns or incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or other prohibited activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
