As a Security Professional - Auto Site Patrol - Full Time in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while being a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the site.
• Report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with onsite personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns specific to the automotive environment.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
