As a Security Officer – Healthcare Facility Patrol in Greensburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a healthcare location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond promptly to situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with staff, patients, and visitors. As part of our caring and agile team, you will contribute to a positive environment, putting people first and acting with integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report security-related activity, hazards, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing information and directions as needed within the location.
• Work cooperatively with healthcare personnel and local authorities when responding to incidents.
• Complete required security-related documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
