As a Security Officer - Access Control in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations at a leading food and beverage production location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter of the facility to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or breaches to site management and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to uphold site-specific requirements and provide a visible presence on location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
