As a Security Professional - Aero/Defense Security Clearance Patrol in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Officer in an unarmed role within the aerospace and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, engaging with employees and visitors, and upholding the highest standards of customer service. This is a driving post and you will be responsible for operating a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor the premises for potential threats or hazards and report observations promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any irregularities encountered during patrols.
  • Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal leadership to address concerns and maintain a secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
