As a Security Professional - Government Site Driver in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed professional at a government location, you will monitor designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure environment through your visible presence. This driving post requires you to conduct routine checks, respond promptly to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, engage in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of events and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.
• Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor for unauthorized individuals.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
