As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a financial institution setting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report activities and incidents to maintain a visible presence and help to deter property loss or damage.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Document and communicate security-related incidents and suspicious activities according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
