Job Description


As a Security Professional - Armed Driver in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Armed Officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will be responsible for performing routine patrols, serving as a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires carrying a firearm and operating company vehicles as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within the aerospace and defense environment.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and related equipment in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports of security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as necessary during incidents and/or emergency situations.
  • Follow all Allied Universal training and operational procedures specific to the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
