As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in East Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct regular patrols of the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This is a driving post, requiring operation of company vehicles as you monitor the area. You will engage with people on site, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the industrial and manufacturing location, including building interiors and the perimeter.
• Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas as required by location policies.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and/or maintenance needs to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment within the manufacturing and industrial facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
