As a Security Professional - CRE Building Patrol Unarmed in Sherman Oaks, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a commercial real estate setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Assist employees, visitors, and tenants with questions or directions while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner.
• Document daily activities and incidents in detailed reports, maintaining clear and accurate records as required by client site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
