What You'll Do:

• Carry out access control procedures for personnel and vehicles entering or exiting the logistics and distribution facility.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by monitoring entrances, exits, and other critical points throughout the location.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by enforcing site-specific policies and responding professionally to inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help identify and report any security-related concerns.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the location and situation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
